Communications: Cell Phone Dialing Guide
Basic Calling Information
- Mobile Phone numbers in Thailand contain nine digits. The first digit is always "8" or "9".
- When calling a mobile phone from within Thailand, always dial the Domestic Access Code ("0") before the nine-digit number. Do not dial this access code when calling from another country.
- When making an international call to a mobile phone in Thailand, dial: Thailand's country code [66] + nine-digit mobile phone number.
