Nua Bye Ga Pon (Basil Beef)

Beef sautéed with Asian basil and a few vegetables is a popular Thai dish. This recipe features the flavors of garlic, onions, basil, and chilies, combined with the juiciness of sautéed mushrooms. Chicken or shrimp are often substituted for beef, but the other ingredients remain constant.
